Terms and Conditions of Sale – Cycling Poster Store

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all orders placed on the Obyke Studio online store, specializing in posters and illustrations related to cycling.

2. Products

The products offered include printed posters in various sizes and finishes as described on each product page, as well as accessories such as phone cases, mugs, and t-shirts.

Each item includes a description outlining its essential characteristics.

Product images and visuals are non-contractual but aim to be as accurate as possible, subject to display limitations on different screens.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT), but excluding shipping costs.

Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applied will always be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once the customer validates their cart and completes the payment.

A confirmation email will then be sent, summarizing the purchased products, their price, and the delivery address.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, invalid information, or a dispute related to a previous order.

5. Payment

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe, or other available payment methods.

All payments are secure, and no banking information is stored by the store.

6. Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, high-demand periods, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Shipping costs: vary depending on the product, size, and delivery location.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Items must be returned:

New and unused
In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned item.

8. Defective Products or Order Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos as evidence.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All posters, illustrations, logos, texts, and images on the Obyke Studio website are protected by copyright laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected during orders is used solely for order processing and customer service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be determined based on the defendant’s place of residence or the delivery location of the product.
